Rich started his career at New York Life in 2002 as an Agent in the Greater New York General Office. Prior to joining New York Life, Rich enjoyed a career as a practicing Attorney and a business owner in the New York Metropolitan area. As an Agent with New York Life, Rich achieved Chairman’s Council and wrote several hundred cases in his first year. Rich became a Partner with the Greater New York Office in July of 2003 and was promoted to Senior Partner in 2006. In 2007 he was promoted to the Managing Partner position in the Southern Connecticut General Office and remained there for approximately 10 years. In 2016 Rich moved to the Northeast Zone as the CVP for Recruiting and Retention. While in the NE Zone Rich helped the Zone Management Team and the Managers of the NE Zone win the Zone Award of Excellence three times. At this point in his career, and in his life, along with the desire to stay near his family, Rich has requested and has been granted the ability to return to the Greater New York Office, where he began his career, as a Senior Partner to be a part of the Greater New York Team. In 2025 Rich earned the prestigious Leading Senior Partner/Executive Partner Trophy for the #1 Senior Partner/Executive Partner in the entire company. Rich currently resides in Manhattan with his wife of 413 years Lissy, together they have 6 children and 8 grandchildren with another on the way.

Mike is currently the Service Leader in the Greater New York GO where he oversees a team of 13 individuals who operate the Contracting, Licensing and New Business functions within the office. Mike began his career as an Agent at New York Life in the Greater New York G.O. in 2002. In 2005 he became a Development Manager in the Westchester GO where he spent 6 years helping train and develop Agents. In 2011 he was called back to Greater New York to be part of the Development Manager team until 2021 where he then took over the Service team. He currently holds FINRA registrations Series 6, Series 63, Series 26 as well as the CLU, ChFC, CLF, CASL, RICP and LUTCF designations from The American College.
Mark started his career with New York Life as an agent in the Boston General Office in February 1996, after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics. As an agent, he qualified for 3 Executive Councils, MDRT, and was the 1998 Rookie of the Year. In April 1999, he became a trainer when the Greater New York office was being formed. He was promoted to Sales Development Manager in September 2001, and Senior Sales Development Manager in March 2004. Mark holds CLU, ChFC, CLF, CASL and CLTC designations, and Series 6, 7, 63 and 26. Mark lives in Southport, CT with his wife Melissa, and 3 sons, Jason 22, Brian 22, and Scott 19 years old.

Asia Pimentel joined New York Life in 2018 as an Agent, following a 12-year career in banking with Bank of America and Capital One, where she last served as a Market Manager. Her dedication to client service and protection quickly propelled her forward—becoming a Registered Representative in 2019, earning 5 consecutive Councils, and achieving Annuity Elite – Silver status for the past three years. Her achievements include the Eagle Award for Lives Protected – New Org and being named 3rd Prior Agent of the Year for the Class of 2018 in 2021. Asia also earned her FSCP and ChFC designations through the NYL Practice Models, advancing her to Financial Professional with a specialty in Financial Guidance. In January 2025, Asia was promoted to Development Manager, where she now focuses on coaching and empowering new agents to build thriving, purpose-driven careers. She has also served as a DE&I; Ambassador, reinforcing her commitment to inclusion and mentorship. Outside the office, Asia is an avid traveler, passionate about youth mentorship, and volunteers with local nonprofits focused on education. She and her husband Gary share their home with three energetic dogs—Gambit, Dexter, and Whiskey.
